Refund Policy

Payments for GraphoRank are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles refunds, returns and payment questions for every order placed through our checkout.

14-day money-back guarantee

If GraphoRank is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or yearly. This also applies to the first payment after you upgrade from the Free plan.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and you will not be charged again. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, unless the law requires a refund.

Add-ons and credit packs

Unused add-ons and credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

How to request a refund

• Use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle, or go to paddle.net and look up your order; or
• write to billing@graphorank.com with the email address used for the purchase and the order number.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you, including any statutory right of withdrawal. This policy adds to those rights and does not limit them.

Enterprise contracts

If you have a separate written agreement with us that is invoiced directly by Digital Fshat SHPK, the refund terms of that agreement apply.
