Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GraphoRank: the website graphorank.com, the web application at app.graphorank.com, the GraphoRank API, MCP server, command-line tools, WordPress plugin and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Digital Fshat SHPK, a company registered in Albania (NUIS M61617002B), Bulevardi «Zog i Parë», Tirana, Albania (“GraphoRank”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GraphoRank analyses websites to measure and improve how well search engines and AI systems can crawl, understand and cite them. Depending on your plan, the Service includes site crawls, the GraphRank score and site graph, recommendations, AI visibility monitoring, SEO and keyword data, reports, and integrations. We continuously improve the Service and may change features. If we materially reduce a feature of a paid plan during your billing period, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your workspace. The Service is intended for professional use by people aged 18 or over.
3. Acceptable use
You may analyse websites that you own or control, or that you are otherwise permitted to analyse. Our crawler identifies itself and respects robots.txt. You must not:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- try to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to any website;
- circumvent plan limits, quotas or technical restrictions, or share accounts to avoid them;
- copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its data at scale without our written permission;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- run security or load tests against the Service without our written consent.
4. Plans, prices and payment
The Service has a Free plan and paid plans. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, taxes and invoices for orders placed through our checkout are handled by Paddle under its own buyer terms.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, which applies from your next billing period.
Where you have signed a separate written agreement with us (for example an enterprise contract invoiced directly by Digital Fshat SHPK), that agreement governs billing for the services it covers.
5. Quotas and fair use
Each plan includes limits (such as sites, pages per scan, scans, prompts and AI usage). We may slow down or pause processing that exceeds those limits or that puts the Service at risk, and we will tell you when this affects your account.
6. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service. You allow us to process it only to provide, secure and improve the Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.
8. Scores, AI outputs and third-party services
The Service uses third-party providers, including AI models, search data providers and crawling infrastructure. Scores, estimates, AI-generated content and recommendations are produced automatically and can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are guidance, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, citations, sales or any other result. You decide which changes to make to your websites and remain responsible for them.
When you connect third-party accounts (for example Google Search Console or Google Analytics), you authorise us to access them as described in the Service and you can revoke that access at any time. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
9. API, MCP and integrations
Keep your API keys and tokens confidential and rotate them if you think they have been exposed. Rate limits apply. We may suspend a key that is abused or that endangers the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, the GraphRank methodology, our content and our brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of them to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Support is provided through the contact options on our website.
12. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or puts the Service or others at risk; where reasonable, we will warn you first. After an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except where we must keep it longer by law. Export anything you need before closing your account.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you used only the Free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
15. Consumers
If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep all the rights that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you, and nothing in these Terms limits them.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. The courts of Tirana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to rely on the law and courts of their country of residence.
